Newborn fits baby's between 5-8 lbs and 17-21" height.
0-3 Months fits baby's between 8-12 lbs and 21-24"" height.
3-6 Months fits baby's between 12-16 lbs and 24-26" height.
6-9 Months fits baby's between 16-20 lbs and 26-28" height.
12 Months fits baby's between 20-24 lbs and 28-30" height.
18 Months fits baby's between 24-28 lbs and 30-32" height.
24 Months fits baby's between 28-32 lbs and 32-34" height.

Gerber onesies do run on the small side. If you are between two sizes, we highly recommend sizing up.
